I offer integrative therapy as a core component of my services, which means that my therapeutic approach draws from multiple therapeutic modalities to address the unique needs of each individual. My aim is to provide comprehensive and tailored support for my clients' mental health and well-being.

However, it's important to note that while I specialize in integrative therapy, I do not currently provide integrative wellness services directly. Instead, I strongly believe in the principles of integrative wellness and understand the importance of addressing the interconnected aspects of an individual's life, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

To better serve my clients in their pursuit of holistic well-being, I actively collaborate with other experts and professionals in the field of integrative wellness. This collaborative approach allows me to refer clients to trusted colleagues who specialize in various wellness practices, such as nutrition, mindfulness, fitness, and holistic health.

By working in partnership with these experts, I ensure that my clients have access to a broader spectrum of services and resources to support their journey toward complete well-being. My commitment to integrative wellness is reflected in my collaborative efforts to provide my clients with comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their health and wellness.

I specialize in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) support, offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help new and expectant parents navigate the challenges of motherhood and fatherhood.
